If you do not need any changes made to your blend or personal information please feel free to bypass this form and simply re-order your original custom blend. An invoice will be emailed to you and once you have confirmed the order, including any changes, we will process your payment. If your order is $100 or more, shipping is FREE (within Canada)! We want your custom blend to be just the way you like it so if you have any special requests or questions please do not hesitate to let us know! For example: if you would like it a little lighter for the cooler months ahead or you are not sure of the size you ordered last time, just make a note to us in the 'special request' box.
