Summer Solstice

 Prolonged

Systematic

This flurry of false security

Starts to end

As the Spring surrenders to Summer

And the Pisces gives way to the Leo

On the night of Summer Solstice



I feel it climbing up the candlelit stairway

Up into the Pyramid

It's here where the ancient spirits rest

And where the Shaman finds his strength

The girls are dancing to the drums

As I find my soul sister

Is this aqua goddess



I bathed the Libra in white

Then I laid myself in his scales

To measure the gap between what I think and feel

He leaves without saying a word

Into the hideout of his emptiness

I move past him effortlessly

I had nothing to lose



In exact

Precision

Every step is perfection

When everything is

Just what it is

Until suddenly

There is richness

A finely tuned alignment

It followed me into the arms of the Aries

It stayed with me as I found Paul's Tomb

I saw it in every intricate development

Of these grand moments of time.
